HiFlow Solutions, a supplier of print and packaging management software, has announced its designation as a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner. By leveraging Microsoft AI tools, HiFlow can provide enhanced automation, predictive insights and seamless data integration to users of their packaging ERP software.

Microsoft AI Cloud is a suite of cloud-based artificial intelligence tools and solutions integrated into Microsoft’s Azure platform. It offers organizations access to AI-driven capabilities, such as machine learning models, natural language processing, and advanced data analytics.

Becoming a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner enables HiFlow to integrate advanced AI capabilities into its ERP software, helping converters optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and unlock new levels of efficiency.

The company’s first AI development integrates artificial intelligence within the Purchase Order Management Module of their ERP. The new PO features focus on AI-driven process automation which eliminate repetitive data entry tasks and automatically process and validate purchase orders. Additionally, the software can provide AI-enhanced insights to improve decision-making and supply chain efficiency.

The AI-enhanced PO Management system is tailored to the unique needs of packaging companies, providing Microsoft-backed tools to manage complex workflows and adapt to rapidly changing markets. HiFlow customers will have access to the new AI tools in early 2025.
